Celebration of World Tale Tennis Day April 6, 2016
On the occasion of World Table Tennis Day on Friday, it was fun filled activity as Stag Table Tennis Academy, Hyderabad. All the players activity participated and the momentum continued till 8pm.
Table Tennis fun games were organized with the aim to raise awareness of table tennis as a universal, popular and inclusive activity and encourage participation regardless of age, gender, culture and physical ability with a focus on participation and fun.
One such activity was `Chota Champion’. This was played on the Stag Mini Table and Rithvik was the Chota champion being unbeaten fifteen times.
“Interest in table tennis is growing all the time, every time we do a competition the numbers are increasing. We were very happy with the response to World Table Tennis Day, it shows that the potential to develop the sport here is huge. Table tennis really is a sport for all, regardless of age, physical ability and skill level and anyone can enjoy it.

Women’s Day Celebration 2016
We at Stag Table Tennis celebrated the International Women’s Day on March 6, 2016. On occasion to inspire women to stay active and healthy, we conducted Table Tennis Tournament for women. The following are the results.
This tournament was open to all irrespective of age and their skill sets. We got good response from all over the city. Total number of entries received is 48.

The Chief Guest for the evening was Ms. Parvati former state player and was ranked No.9 in the country in Junior category. Ms. Parvati distributed prizes to the winners and spoke about Women’s role in the society and how important it is for them to say active and healthy to continue to contribute to the society.
International Women’s Day is a most appropriate moment to celebrate the creation of Indigenous sports women. Over the past few years Telangana State Girls & women Table Tennis team has been doing well and has been getting laurels to our state & country.P.
